A
1965 graduate of Hamilton College, Charles received his J.D. from
the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1968. He is admitted
to practice in the Courts of Connecticut and Kentucky, the U.S.
Distrcit Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit,
and the U.S. Supreme Court. A resident of Burlington, he serves
as its Town Counsel and the Judge of Probate for the District
of Burlington. He served in the Peace Corps in Botswana Africa
and has served as a board member of several charitable corporations
and the Chambers of Commerce for New Britain and Burlington. He
is a director of the Community Foundation of Greater New Britain.
Charles concentrates in the areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning,
Medicaid Law, Land Use and Real Estate.
