Robert
A. Michalik is a 1963 graduate of the University of Connecticut
and received his Juris Doctorate from its law school in 1966.
He is admitted to practice in the Courts of Connecticut, U.S.
District Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit,
and the U.S. Tax Court. A resident of Plainville, he is its Town
Attorney and has acted as special counsel for other communities.
He serves the Superior Court as Fact Finder and Arbitrator. He
was an instructor of Business Law and Advanced Business Law at
Central Connecticut State University. His practice areas include
personal injury, real estate, and family law. He also works closely
with credit unions across the state of Connecticut. He serves
as general counsel to a number of credit unions, and to the two
regional municipal committees dealing with solid waste disposal.
He serves as a member of various civic and charitable organizations.
