J. Sauerhoff is an associate with MBSC.
Attorney Sauerhoff is a 1999 honors graduate of the University
of Connecticut and received her Juris Doctorate from its School
of Law in 2006, also graduating with honors. She is admitted to
practice law in the state of Connecticut, is a member of the Connecticut
Bar Association and practices in the areas of family law, creditor's
rights and general legal practice. She has been with MBSC since
its inception.
In addition, while pursuing her J.D., Attorney Sauerhoff simultaneously
received a Masters in Social Work at UConn, graduating with a
4.0 in the MSW program. She is a volunteer family mediator for
The Connecticut Children's Law Center (www.clcct.org), where she
interned during law school, representing children involved in
high conflict divorce and custody proceedings as attorney for
the child and guardian ad litem. Attorney Sauerhoff continues
to expand the family law practice at MBSC, implementing the principles
of therapeutic jurisprudence.
