Melissa
L. Simonik graduated from the University of Hartford with a B.A.
in Management in 1996. She received her Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac
University School of Law in May 2002. Melissa was admitted to
the Connecticut Bar in November 2002 and the Federal Bar in December
2002. Melissa has since practiced as an Associate for Eisenberg,
Anderson, Michalik & Lynch, LLP in collection, real estate,
family and juvenile law. She is an active member of the Connecticut
Bar Association, the New Britain Bar Association and the Connecticut
Creditor's Rights Committee. Melissa continues to practice in
the areas of collection, family, landlord/tenant and real estate
law.
